Topics which may be covered are Changes Late in Pregnancy, Relief of Discomforts, Preparing for Labour, Stages of Labour, Comfort Measures for Labour, Positions and Relaxation Techniques, Use of Birth Ball, Labour Support Suggestions, Developing a Birth Plan, Effective Communication with your Caregiver, Interventions and Caesarean Section, Special Information on Vaginal Birth after Cesarean (VBAC) and Breastfeeding.
