Doula in your own environment. Services could include, Basic Prenatal Education,
Specific Information on Vaginal Birth After Cesarean, Relaxation Techniques,
Use of the Birth Ball, Massage Techniques Specific for Labour, Comfort Measures,
Labour Support Suggestions and Breastfeeding Preparation and Instruction. There
are many styles and formats of prenatal education, which can be tailored to
